Thank you for visiting my web site. My name is Nick Fielden. I was brought
up in Burnham and have spent 13 years in Hong Kong. Originally trained as a
valuation surveyor, I qualified as a solicitor in 1993.

My firm offers a domestic conveyancing service and advises on property
matters generally. I have a special interest in elderly client needs, in
particular Wills and Enduring Powers of Attorney, and offer a probate
service to Executors.

My principal aim is to provide a professional service and value for money. I
offer visits to local client's homes, both in the evening and at weekends, and
every initial interview is free of charge.

I run the practice from home in a modern, fully computerised office with links
by both fax and the Internet. All clients can therefore be assured of an efficient service.

I am fortunate to have office (and moral!) support from my wife, Peggy. We have a
6-year old son, Raymond, who attends Lower Weare First School. Peggy is fluent in
Cantonese and Mandarin and will interpret free of charge for any Chinese-speaking clients.
